Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BoxToBox Fantasy (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the website or app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use BoxToBox Fantasy.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online services in your country if that's higher (such as 16 in parts of Europe). We check your date of birth when you sign up. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases.

Keep your sign-in details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens on it. One person, one account: don't create accounts to gain an unfair advantage, such as extra votes on trades or extra rewards.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page or in the app. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

BoxToBox Fantasy is a free-to-play fantasy soccer game for entertainment. There are no cash prizes, and nothing in the game can be exchanged for money.

Scores come from real-world match data provided by a third party. Data can arrive late or be corrected after a match, and scores, standings and results may change as a result. We do our best to be accurate but can't guarantee it.

Each league's commissioner sets that league's rules and can manage its teams. Disputes inside a league are for its members and commissioner to settle; we may step in for abuse or cheating.

Don't use BoxToBox Fantasy to harass or threaten anyone, post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content, impersonate someone, collude to manipulate a league, exploit bugs, or interfere with the service (for example by scraping it, overloading it, or trying to access other people's accounts or data).

Team names, team pictures, league names and trade messages are yours. You give us permission to store and show them to run the game, including on share cards you choose to post. Only upload what you have the right to use.

We check content automatically and may remove or reset anything that breaks these rules. Commissioners can reset a team's name and picture, and members can report them.

Coins and Premium Tokens are in-game items with no cash value. You can't sell, transfer or exchange them for money, and they're a license to use inside BoxToBox Fantasy, not property you own. We may change how they're earned or what they buy, and they're lost if you delete your account.

Some features can be bought with real money: passes such as Ad-Free and Advanced Analytics, which last until the end of the current fantasy season, and coin bundles. Prices are shown before you pay and may include or add tax depending on where you live.

On the website, payments are processed by Stripe. In the app, they're processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Access is given once the payment is confirmed to us.

League Premium is bought once for a whole league by any one of its managers. It gives every team in that league its features for that league's season, and it does not renew.

Because passes and coins are delivered right away, purchases are generally final. If something you bought doesn't work, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Nothing here limits refund rights your local law gives you.

For purchases made in the app, refunds are decided by Apple or Google; request them through the App Store or Google Play. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the pass is removed and coins from it may be taken back, up to what's left in your wallet.

After buying League Premium, a manager can ask the other managers in the league to pay back their share, and the app keeps track of who says they have. Those payments happen between managers, outside BoxToBox Fantasy. We do not process, hold, transfer or guarantee them, we are not a party to them, and we can't recover money one manager owes another. Share only an email address or a payment handle, never bank account or card details.

You can pay coins to have your pet drawn as a custom buddy or banner. Send only photos of your own pet, with no people, logos or club kits, that you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your photos and give us permission to use them to make your cosmetic. We delete them once your order is finished.

We may decline any order, and your coins are returned if we do or if you cancel before we start drawing. Once you approve the preview, the cosmetic is yours to use in the app and the coins aren't refundable. We own the artwork itself, and won't sell it to anyone else.

BoxToBox Fantasy shows ads. Rewarded ads are always optional. Ad-Free removes the ads you didn't ask for, while rewarded ads stay available if you want the coins.

Some links to other stores and services are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change what we show or recommend, and the purchase is between you and that seller.

BoxToBox Fantasy isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, club or player. Their names are used only to identify real-world matches and statistics.

The app, website, designs and artwork are ours. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk. We may also change or stop features, or the service as a whole; if we shut down, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

BoxToBox Fantasy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We're not responsible for losses caused by data errors, downtime, or other people's actions.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that's more. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes. If you keep using BoxToBox Fantasy afterward, the new terms apply.
